Great White Sharks live along the coasts of all continents, except Antarctica. Also, tents that look like sharks are incredible.

The Art of an Album Cover

Album artwork is unfortunately almost a lost cause in this digital age where nobody buys anything and people use torrents to pirate everything. Gallery 1988 revisits this medium in full effect with their new exhibition titled "Cover Band" where a number of renowned artists have their own take on iconic album covers. If you're in LaLa land go check it out from today through Halloween. (Link)

Space Invaders

In case you dont remember, Space Invaders was an old school video game back in the day. But now-adays theres a way fresher one. Space invader is a street artist who puts up low-res pixilated characters inspired by the game in cities across the world and documents the "Invasion", with maps of where to find each invader. He invaded Paris in 1998 and has been blowing up cities ever since. The locations of the mosaics are not random, and are based upon several criteria. One of the more prominent places he put one up is on the D of the Hollywood sign in LA. (Link)
